MTCCCA Winter (Indoor) Track & Field Camp

We are thrilled to announce a major addition to our MTCCCA Camps. For the first time ever, we will be hosting an Indoor High School Track & Field Camp. We are extremely excited to partner with the University of Central Missouri (UCM) to bring this vision to life. This weekend is designed to give athletes a unique opportunity to learn high-level techniques one day and immediately apply those new skills in competition the next.

Registration & Logistics:

Date: January 17th, 2026 (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Location: University of Central Missouri Jerry M. Hughes Athletic Center

Cost: $75.00 per camper

Lodging: For families and teams traveling in, we have secured a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Warrensburg.

PROCEEDS HELP FUND USTCCCA & ALTIS Coaching Grants

Revenue from our MTCCCA Camps is where funds come from to pay for the USTCCCA / ALTIS Coaches Education Grants. In the past, coaches who applied for the grant went through a screening and voting process to identify the recipients of these grants, and to date we have awarded 57 grants. Applications will be available and accessible on the MTCCCA website in December. New For 2025-26: Schools with 5 or more athletes registered for the MTCCCA Track & Field Camp will automatically qualify for a coaching grant. The grant will be awarded to the Head Coach of that school and the HC can either accept the grant for himself/herself and or gift the grant to a member of their coaching staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand there will be a full refund except the transaction fee if the camp is cancelled. If I am needing to cancel a registration prior to Monday, January 12th, for any reason (email [email protected]). I will be refunded in full (excluding transaction fees). I will forfeit all camp fees including all transaction fees if I cancel after Monday, January 12th.
